TTV Photography

I have fallen in love with a new photography technique called TTV which stands for "Through The Viewfinder". This technique consists of taking a picture with a digital camera through the lens of a vintage camera. I love the dreamlike quality that results from TTV. The photograph below is titled "Her Violet Bouquet" and is one of the photographs that I am currently selling at www.lilmissbeyonds.etsy.com

Photo Stationary Sets

I currently have two shops on Etsy, one is Lil Miss Beyond and the other is Lil Miss Beyond's Darkroom. Lately I have been working on the later of the two. I have been creating many new items for Lil Miss Beyond's Darkroom, the newest being photo stationary sets! Each set comes with six cards and six envelopes. Attached to the front of each card is one of my original photographs, like the one below entitled "Cat Nap".

Each set is then packaged in a clear box and tied with a ribbon. These are great to keep for yourself or to give as a gift.

President Obama

What an amazing day! I have been glued to the T.V. all day watching the Presidential Inauguration and all of the events surrounding it. I have never been a very political person, but this election is certainly something special. Not only is this moment in time historical, but the promise of change that it brings is so refreshing. For the first time in a long time I am excited to see what the future will hold, and to see all the good President Obama will bring to our country.
